Freshly Made-to-Order

1. All treats are made fresh from scratch once an order is placed.
2. We do not store items on shelves or use preservatives.
3. Processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and customization requests.

Ordering & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.
• We accept credit cards, debit cards
• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order number and status updates until completion.

No Refunds or Returns

• All sales are final.
• Because our treats are custom-made and perishable, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
• In the rare case of an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and provide a resolution where possible.

Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup and/or delivery options will be communicated at the time of ordering.
• Customers are responsible for collecting their orders on time or being available at the agreed delivery location.
• Toets Delight is not responsible for items left uncollected, delayed, or damaged after pickup/delivery.

Allergens & Food Safety

• Our treats are made in a kitchen that may handle common allergens including (but not limited to): milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten.
• While we strive to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free bakery.
• Customers with severe allergies are advised to exercise caution.
